Turbo Charged Defrosting
The Panasonic Inverter technology doesn't just cook food more efficiently, it also powers the Turbo Defrost function to thaw your frozen food completely in no time at all.
Panacrunch for Extra Bite
Combine the power of the upper heater and the microwave-heated Panacrunch pan to cook food quickly and evenly, from top to bottom without the need to rotate midway through. During cooking, excess fat is drained off by the pan's grooves to maintain a crispy outside and a juicy inside.
A Flatbed for Extra Space
The Panasonic NN-DS596B replaces the conventional turntable with a much simpler flatbed, offering 29% extra cooking space inside. This enables you to use dishes of a variety of sizes or shapes.

How Will My Order be Delivered?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable delivery method possible. We will select the appropriate delivery method and carrier when you order.
Items will be delivered by carriers straight to the location of your choice. Upon dispatch, we will message/call you with detailed delivery instructions and estimated delivery date and time.
Delivery Costs
Delivery of items over GH₵ 300 in Greater Accra is free. Any item marked FREE DELIVERY! on the product page will ship for free!
Delivery charges
Free Next Day Delivery (Orders GH₵300 and above) - Free. Delivery is made the next working day after completing your order (Monday - Saturday).
Same Day Delivery - GH₵ 25. Delivery of your item is made same day after completing your order. (Orders must be made before 5:00pm to qualify)
Standard Delivery (Orders under GH₵300) - GH₵ 15. Delivery of your item is made 1 - 2 working days after completing your order (Monday - Saturday).
All fees are marked in the shopping basket and throughout checkout.
Delivery is excluded on Public Holidays and Sundays.

How it works
1. Can I pick up my product in store ?
- All products on www.napevltd.com are available to Pick Up In-Store (Click & Collect).
- Pick Up In-Store option is available on checkout page.
2 - Where can I Pick up my order?
- Select Store Pick Up on check out page to pick up in our store.
- In nearly all cases, place your order before 5:30pm and collection will be available same day. However, if made after 5:30pm you can pick up from 9am the next day.
3 - When will my order be ready to collect?
- You will receive a 'Ready to Collect' email to confirm that your order has arrived in store and is ready for collection.
4 - How do I collect my order?
- Bring your 'Ready to Collect' email – this can be printed or displayed on your phone.
- Bring a valid ID; photo driving licence or the payment card used to purchase the order.
Can't collect yourself?
If you aren't able to collect your order yourself and payment was made using a Debit Card, Mobile Money, Gift Card or e-Voucher, then you can ask someone to collect your order for you. They will need a copy of your 'Ready to Collect' email and a valid ID.
