Do you deliver?

Yes we do. Delivery charges;
Free Standard Delivery orders above GH₵300 (1-2 working days) 

Same Day Delivery (orders must be made before 5pm) - GH₵25.00

Standard Delivery (orders under GH₵300) - GH₵15.00

Alternatively you can order online and pick up in-store (some products maybe on offer online only) for free or simply walk in store and purchase.

 

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We offer discount vouchers when you sign up to our newsletters and sales at certain periods so keep an eye out!

 

Can I pay by card?

Yes. We offer a different range of payment platforms including Visa/Master card, mobile money or Paypal.

 

What is a Wedding Registry?

Wedding registry assists engaged couples in the communication of gift preferences to wedding guests. Selecting items from store stock, the couple lists desired items and files this list with us. The wedding registry gift list is typically updated whenever an item from the list is purchased, showing what is still available for guests to purchase. Guest may then purchase these items requested by the couple. 

It is really more of a courtesy for wedding guests rather than a list of demands. A wedding registry is a convenient tool for guests to use to give the couple a gift that they know the couple actually wants and will use, making it easier for guest to purchase items for the couple. The perfect present with ease.

There's no requirement, of course, that a guest has to pick a gift from the couple's registry. 

 

What is a Wishlist?

A wishlist is a feature that allows shoppers to create personalised collections of products they want to buy and save them in their user account for future reference. Wishlists signify a customer’s interest in a product without an immediate intent to purchase.

 

I have got an e-voucher, how do I redeem it?

If you have been emailed an e-voucher you can enter the digit voucher number  into the gift voucher box on the payment page. The value of the e-voucher will automatically be deducted from your order.

 

Do you include an invoice/receipt in the parcel?

What if my product is faulty?

We're committed to offering quality products that will give you amazing results, stand the test of time and provide excellent value for money. No product makes it into our range without us really putting it through its paces; however, if you buy something from us and you're not 100% satisfied, or it is faulty, you can return it for a replacement or refund  – just bring along your receipt or emailed order confirmation as proof of purchase.
