Welcome and assist customers in-store with warmth and professionalism.
Respond to online enquiries and ensure every customer feels supported.
Provide personalised product recommendations based on customer needs.
Turn enquiries into confident purchase decisions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products naturally and effectively.
Process transactions accurately using the company’s systems.
Contribute to overall store performance and team success.
Maintain accurate customer records using the company’s CRM system.
Promote and support the company’s loyalty programme.
Follow up on customer needs to encourage repeat purchases.
Handle concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.
Stay informed on product availability and promotions.
Assist with stock awareness and periodic stock-taking.
Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.
Experience in customer service or retail sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using digital systems (CRM, POS, etc.).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
