What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Welcome and assist customers in-store with warmth and professionalism.

  • Respond to online enquiries and ensure every customer feels supported.

  • Provide personalised product recommendations based on customer needs.

  • Turn enquiries into confident purchase decisions.


Driving Sales & Growth

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products naturally and effectively.

  • Process transactions accurately using the company’s systems.

  • Contribute to overall store performance and team success.


Building Customer Relationships

  • Maintain accurate customer records using the company’s CRM system.

  • Promote and support the company’s loyalty programme.

  • Follow up on customer needs to encourage repeat purchases.

  • Handle concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.


Supporting Store Operations

  • Stay informed on product availability and promotions.

  • Assist with stock awareness and periodic stock-taking.

  • Support marketing campaigns and in-store promotions.


What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer service or retail sales.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Comfortable using digital systems (CRM, POS, etc.).

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
