Marketing Personnel

Location: Napev Store (Online & Brick-and-Mortar)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing:

  1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the store's goals, focusing on driving traffic and increasing sales both online and in-store.
  2. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape, using insights to refine marketing strategies.

Digital Marketing:

  1. Content Creation: Use Canva to design engaging and visually appealing marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, and promotional flyers.
  2. Social Media Management: Manage the store's social media profiles, plan and schedule content using HubSpot, engage with followers, and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
  3. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns through HubSpot. Manage email lists, design newsletters, and monitor engagement metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  4. SEO and Content Marketing: Optimize website content for search engines to improve visibility and generate organic traffic. Produce regular blog posts and articles relevant to home and garden enthusiasts.

Customer Engagement:

  1. CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot to track customer interactions, manage leads, segment customer lists, and personalize marketing efforts based on customer data.
  2. Customer Feedback: Leverage HubSpot to collect and analyze customer feedback from various channels to enhance marketing strategies and product offerings.

Promotions and Advertising:

  1. Campaign Management: Plan and oversee promotional campaigns for new products, seasonal offers, and special events, coordinating with sales and inventory teams to ensure readiness.
  2. Advertising: Create and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media, ensuring they are targeted effectively to reach the desired audience.

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Performance Tracking: Use HubSpot’s analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance data.
  2. Reporting: Regularly provide detailed reports on marketing metrics, campaign results, and other key performance indicators to senior management.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  1. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, customer service, and inventory departments to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with other business operations.
  2. Event Coordination: Organize and manage participation in trade shows, local events, and other promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, preferably HubSpot, and graphic design tools like Canva.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of the home and garden industry is a plus.
